ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Zacnité!

As a nurse, I’ve seen how movement and access to wellness can look different for everyone. After experiencing a back injury myself, I turned to classical Pilates and found not only relief, but a renewed connection to my body. Pilates helped me move with comfort again—and over time, I’ve felt stronger, more grounded, and more at home in myself. My goal is to share this practice in a way that’s inclusive, empowering, and accessible to all, so everyone has the opportunity to feel strong and supported in their own body.

Fun fact: I’m a native Spanish speaker and teach bilingual Pilates classes! I love bringing this beautiful practice to Spanish-speaking communities and creating spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and strong.
